1996-1997

Between the fall of 1996 and the spring of 1997, I documented my attempts to become a program host on QVC, the original cable shopping network. After making it through the first two rounds of auditions, I began corresponding with program host Patricia Bastia. Patricia arranged for my submission of audition materials to the casting director. I sent a four-minute unscripted “video sell” along with a resume and head shot. As a result, I was invited to the station for an on-camera interview and audition.
